Note to guests:
1. The paid fee will not be refunded, even if the reservation is cancelled.
2. Weather arrangement: If the Observatory issues a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or reed or black rainstorm warning, guests can re-book the day, and the upper limit of the re-book day is only set once.  If the original reservation date is a weekday, the date can be changed. It must also be a weekday, and once the day is changed, it cannot be rescheduled or rescheduled for personal reasons.
3. Guests are not allowed to choose another boat when changing their booking.
4. Guests need to prepare their own drinks for the day, and there is a refrigerator on board. If you need the boatman to help prepare drinks, please notify at least two days in advance, and the price needs to be quoted separately.
5. Please inform the boatman about the number of people or other special requirements two to three days before the reservation date, such as processing seafood on tap, purchasing more ice and snow drinks, and having a report on the boat, etc., so as to facilitate the boatman to prepare.
6. The berthing location of the boat river is affected by the weather and safety factors of the day, so the berthing location is determined by the boat owner, but the guests can still propose the relevant location to the boat owner.
7. Each pet is $300 (same price) on board. Please take good care of fur babies on the boat, and do not let fur babies defecate anywhere.
8. Cakes are not allowed to be thrown on the boat. If found, a cleaning fee of $2000 will be charged.
9. Each guest should put safety first. Those who are not good at swimming can wear the life suit provided by the boat.
10. If guests vomit due to drunkenness, they need to clean up by themselves. If the boatman needs to clean up the vomit, a cleaning fee of $3000 will be charged.
11. If any equipment or facilities on board are damaged, destroyed, stolen or removed by man, the shipowner will quote one by one and ask the charterer to compensate the relevant repair costs.
12. Please keep your valuables safe.
13. Please keep the yacht clean, thank you for your cooperation.

* Please arrive at the pier early. Customers who are overtime are at their own risk. Please call the boatman when everyone arrives at the pier. The boatman will arrive at the busy pier in a short time.
* If the maximum capacity of the boat is exceeded, the owner reserves the right to refuse passengers to board or sail.
