TREBITSCH Czech Single Malt Double Aging Cognac edition 40% tasting notes:
The base consists of the velvet taste of original TCSMW 40% which stayed 4 years in TREBITSCH whisky casks and then one year in premium French cognos času. The body had been formed by premium French XO cognac ordinated in Grand Champagne region. The taste is followed by honey-orange notes supported by wall nuts and ending in head-leading travel of liquid rice, wet oak leaves and slightly spiced aroma of cayenne pepper slashed by candy sugar.

Cognac finish influenced the whisky well and added some sweetness and woodiness.
Nose
More woody and sweet, overall some sort of artifical impression. I can really get some hints of cognac, oranges.
Taste
Maltiness, sweetness, woodiness. Rounded. Fresh fruit
