Nose
It is both gentle but extremely fruity up front on the nose. Layers of tropical mangoes, tinned pineapples, starfruit and ripe peaches come through. There is a delicate cereal malt note, quite fresh and sweet.
Taste
The alcohol is very delicate on the palate, carrying that burst of tropical fruit flavour with it. Passion fruit is now alongside the mangoes and pineapple. Again a balanced honeyed sweetness with vanilla.
Finish
There’s a long finish to this dram, it continues what the palate presented but develops into a less sweet, more fruity note. Slighty drying towards the end and those cereal notes return again.
